The problem. Executives ran the business on hand-built reports that were stale by the time they were read, and standing meetings spent more time compiling numbers than deciding what to do about them.
Why it was hard. Multiple systems interconnected, loose spreadsheets, multiple manual hand-offs.
What we did. We built an AI assistant that pulls from the company's existing data and compiles executive dashboards automatically, integrated into the systems the team already used.
