Know what to fix, what it's worth, and what it costs

The diagnostic is a fixed-price engagement: $9,000. Two to three weeks. One process, mapped end to end, with a plan and a budget to fix it.

What you get
1

A current-state map

How the work actually runs – people, systems, data, decisions, volumes, and the exceptions everyone works around but nobody's written down.

2

Ranked opportunities

Where automation pays, ranked by value against your own numbers. Where it doesn't pay, said plainly.

3

A future-state design

The redesigned workflow, with the steps that shouldn't exist removed, and the points where human judgment stays marked as such.

4

A build plan

What we'd build, the team, the duration, and the price, scoped before a build begins, ready to move straight into one.

What it doesn't include

The diagnostic maps and plans; it doesn't build. No code ships, no system goes live, and no integration gets touched during these two to three weeks. That's what makes a fixed price honest.

What happens after

Two good outcomes

We build it

The diagnostic's plan is created to go straight into a build. If you approve one, it's proposed and budgeted separately — the diagnostic fee pays for the diagnostic, not a slice of the build.

You keep the plan either way

The diagnostic is a complete, standalone artifact regardless of what you decide next. Take it to your internal team or another provider. It's yours, and it's built to be executable without us.

Who it's for

The diagnostic fits a recurring workflow with a clear owner and real volume, systems and data we can be given access to, and an executive sponsor who wants the answer. If you're not sure yours qualifies, the working session is the cheap way to find out. Book a working session →
